About this apartment rental
-Apartment situated on the first floor of a former hotel in the 1930’s which dominated the beach of Trestraou with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea.
-Renovated in 2011 by an architect, this 40m² apartment very luminous, functional and comfortable, has 3 large bay windows with an unimpeded view of the 7 islands.
-This relaxing panorama will allow you to benefit from a beautiful landscape with a continuous change of light and to take an unforgettable nap opposite the sea or sleep under the stars with the tranquil sound of the waves.
-Wifi free.
-Easy access to the spacious sandy beach, the nautic center, the aquatic sport school, the 7 islands landing stage and its bays with an immense natural ornithological reserve, by private stairs.
You can directly access to the Sentier des Douaniers behind the apartment, leading to the large natural site of Ploumanac’h and its isolated pink granite rocks!
This relaxing residence possesses a cliff top garden, private parking and storage for bikes and sailing equipment.
Apartment completely renovated in 2011 (equipment and bedding are new).
The apartment is very well insulated with 3 programmable, easy to use, adjustable electric heaters. There is also a heated towel rail found in the bathroom.

A 2 double bedded apartment:
-One easily convertible corner sofa bed for 2 places (140 x 190 cm) facing the beach
-One double bed (140 x 190 cm) on the mezzanine floor with sea view.
-Bathroom includes: vanity sink, walk-in shower, washer-dryer and hair dryer.
-WC apart.
-Numerous cupboards including wardrobes and shelves on the ground floor (entrance and living room) and on the mezzanine.
-Access to the mezzanine by swimming pool style stairs. Blinds in order to isolate the mezzanine area.
-Touristic guides with maps of the region, board games, magazines and books for all ages.
Payments are sometimes different according to contries!
Normally, two payments possible :
1/ Secure payment by credit card :
Please note that there's a 10% of the rent :5-8 % service fee for HomeAway + a 1,7-2,7 % credit card fee according the countries.
-50 % deposit upon reservation and balance ten days before your stay.
2/ Payment by check or bank transfer with rental agreement :
-30 % deposit upon reservation by check or bank transfer
-The balance by bank transfer ten days before your stay or by check or cash upon your arrival in the appartment
If you opt for version 2, please make sure to click on on-line reservation with «contact with owner » and not « on-line payment »during your first demand.
-A deposit of 500 € is asked at check-in and returned at check-out

Un très bel appartement avec une vue inoubliable. Bien agencé avec tout le nécessaire. Un très bon suivi des propriétaires qui ne sont pourtant pas sur place.

Direkt am Eingang zur Côte de Granit Rose gelegen besticht die Ferienwohnung durch die Spitzenlage direkt am Strand mit Blick über die Bucht. Nachts rauscht das Meer angenehm und lädt zum Träumen ein, am Tag lockt der Stand, die Segler (Ausleih in 1 Min.) oder Kletterwanderungen zu einsamen Buchten an der Felsenküste. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht - Badezimmer modern, Betten gut, Küche üppig ausgestattet.
Uns hat es sehr gefallen, vom herzlichen Empfang bis zur wehmütigen Verabschiedung.

Die Woche Im Appartement von Emmanuelle war grandios.
Ich habe mich wie auf einem Schiff gefühlt.
Man schwebt förmlich über dem Meer und dem wundervollen Strand.
Nur Weite, Licht und dazu ein ständig wechselnder Himmel.
Ein Genuss!
