Large terrace (30m2), babyfoot, bowling, table tennis, garden. Private pool. Close to beach (5 minutes walk), shops and restaurants. Near train station and public transport. Guaranteed parking in front of villa.
Very quiet environment, in a private subdivision.
The apartment is classified 3 stars by the Prefecture and 3 Epis by Gites de France.
The large garden and pool are secure and allow young children to romp in peace for parents. All the equipment needed for babies is provided free of charge (2 beds umbrellas, high chair, changing table, bath, babycook, cutlery, ...).
For adults, 4 mountain bikes are available.

Extremely friendly and welcoming hosts to a great place with fantastic facilities. We felt welcome from the minute we arrived and truly enjoyed our stay. Spacious house, very nice garden, and a great place to stay for us as a family. Kids loved it.

We loved staying in the apartment. Catherine and Pierre were perfect hosts making sure we had everything we needed and advised on places to visit (which we followed). The apartment is very well equipped, homely and has great outside space. We were 4 friends staying to attend World Cup games in Marseille and used the handily located local station for trains into Marseille. However the apartment would suit friends or families with its secure gardens and spacious interior. Thank you both for a great stay.

Tout était parfait. Conforme aux photos et descriptions. Appartement au rez d'une grande maison, avec tout le jardin à disposition. On a l'impression d'avoir une villa entière. Les enfants on beaucoup aimé: jardin, babyfoot, table de ping-pong, pétanque. La cuisine est très bien équipée, et il y a un BBQ dans le jardin. Les contacts avec les propriétaires qui habitent au dessus étaient très sympa, avec de bons conseils pour les choses à visiter aux alentours: Marché provencal, tour en bateau depuis Cassis, ballade dans les Calanques, cinéma pour le jour de pluie, etc... Une très bonne semaine. On peut aller à pied jusqu'à la mer, mais c'est pas vraiment une plage. Du coup on a quand même pris la voiture pour avoir du sable pour les enfants.

Notre projet de réunir toute notre petite famille pour passer les fêtes à La Ciotat s'est concrétisé grâce à l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires de l'Abri Côtier. Grands-parents, enfants et petits enfants ont apprécié de passer une très belle semaine dans un appartement moderne,spacieux et équipé dans le moindre détail jusqu'à quelques éléments de décors appropriés à la période sympathiquement ajoutés par les propriétaires.. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, la cuisine bénéficie de tous les équipements nécessaires, les sanitaires sont d'une propreté remarquable.L'appartement et agencé avec goût. Rien ne manque pour contribuer à une ambiance de rencontre familiale pour la satisfaction de tous ,jeux et livres pour petits et grands à disposition. La proximité de la mer a permis quelques belles promenades et nous étions heureux de nous retrouver ensuite dans le calme, le confort et la chaleur des lieux. Nous ne pouvons que recommander fortement cet appartement à ceux qui voudraient découvrir la douceur des Noëls de Provence, les marchés de santons et l'air marin vivifiant de décembre et aussi l'accueil extrêmement chaleureux de ses hôtes..
