Located in the heart of lush greenery in a former coaching inn of the sixteenth century consists of two completely independent apartments on a terraced (faïeses) of 1.7 hectares, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the medieval city of Montreal.
This comfortable accommodation of 100 m2 for 6/8 people is fully renovated and equipped. It comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate WC, living room and kitchen and a large terrace with barbecue.
Outside Pool, covered terrace with a fridge to drink and a huge garden to share with the other cottage.
Shops and picturesque village of Largentière a stone's throw away.
Largentière has many shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, as well as a market every Tuesday morning and a night market on Fridays in the summer season.
Many activities within a radius of 25 km: swimming, canoeing, climbing, markets, casino, spa, spa, fitness, flea markets, fishing, caving, vineyards, beautiful caves (Orgnac, Marzal, Chauvet cave reconstruction (think book), etc ...
Deposit required on arrival: 600 €
50% deposit on booking, balance one month before handing over the keys.

Nous avons passé une semaine enchanteresse en Ardèche dans cette magnifique maison. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance de croiser Muriel mais elle a été tres réactive et de très bon conseils par message. La maison est superbe, mention spéciale à la « grotte » ou l’on peut déjeuner au frais devant la piscine à midi, et à la terrasse sur laquelle l’apéro en face du vieux village de Montréal est juste magique ! La maison est très fonctionnelle et les environs regorgent de villages à visiter ou d’activités à faire. On entend un petit peu la route en contrebas dans la journée mais on est tres bien situé (on ne peut pas tout avoir !) bref nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci Muriel !

Très belle maison en pleine nature. Très bien équipée. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région avec de nombreuses activités possibles et loin de la foule !

Belle demeure en pleine nature, séjour agréable avec les enfants.
Piscine, terrasses, jardin très bien.
Chemin de randonné proche de la maison permet de descendre a LARGENTIERE sans utiliser la voiture.
Contact avec les propriétaires, très réactif et sympathiques.
A recommander pour un séjour au calme.
