Right in the center of MONT DORE, on the ground floor of a "listed heritage" at the foot of the thermal baths (50m), opposite the Casino (50m) and 150m from the free shuttles (stops: La Poste and Tourist Office for the resort of Sancy ski, shops, restaurants, skating rink, bowling, cinema and wellness areas, SNCF train station 10 mins walk, free parking spaces nearby.
Furnished, cozy and functional accommodation, classified ** "furnished for tourism" (two stars awarded in June 2018), EST exposure, this character apartment on two levels, bright and fully equipped is composed of:
● living and living room with a convertible sofa (2 pers.), Flat screen TV combined DVD, PVC parquet with rustic slats on the floor, a kitchen completely redone in 2017, ceramic hob - 2 burners, oven, micro- wave, fridge combined with freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, table / chairs / dishes (4 people max), household products
● bedroom on the mezzanine with a large 140 cm bed, TV, niches and storage, table and iron, vacuum cleaner and many blankets, pillows, mattress pads, sheets not provided!
● bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet completely refurbished in 2017
● Secure building door (code), common room in the basement with closed individual ski locker (limited number of places)
Non-smoking apartment, no pets
Deposit (25%) at the time of booking + guarantee deposit of € 300 (check not cashed).
Additional services (ask the owner: rental of bed linen, towels, childcare, cleaning service during and at the end of the stay).
