Located at the gates of Burgundy 130 km from Paris, this single storey house of 150 m2 is located in a private sports area of over 300 ha, surrounded by nature, in a very quiet area.
Services included in the rent: 15 tennis courts, outdoor pool with Olympic pool (length 50m), heated indoor pool (29 m) open all year with a lifeguard and ongoing monitoring, sauna, hamam, fitness, aerobics, sailing, fishing.
Benefits available but not included in the rent: 18 hole golf course and equestrian center.
Clubs for children during school holidays, child care possible holiday period.
