About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of the city, less than 100 meters from the beach, the apartment is in a residence built recently 2008, of high standing.
You will access the apartment first by a large entrance, which leads to the living room and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace, 2 bedrooms with large closets, an equipped bathroom and separate WC.
You will appreciate the comfort and the refined decoration of each room.
Many decorative plants and flowers (laurels) surround the terrace (automatic watering, programmed at night), with a large table for 8 people and a delicious loundge corner, small armchair, coffee table for a relaxing atmosphere.
For your safety, the front door of the building is coded / visual screen, and that of the entrance of the apartment is screened with 3 closing points. You also have a small safe inside.
In the basement, you will have a real garage with storage, and near the entrance of the apartment on the same floor, you have access to a large closed room where you can safely store your bikes, board sailing or other beach equipment.
The apartment is located in the very center of the city, but very quiet, no noise will disturb your stay.
On the other hand, as soon as you enter the front door, you are immediately in the pedestrian streets and restaurants / terraces, and if you go towards the sea, you will only have a hundred meters to find your feet in the sand of the magnificent beach of Sainte Maxime.

Tout est parfait dans cet appartement pour passer des vacances de rêve, situation géographique à proximité de tous (plage, centre ville, commerces..), le calme, propreté de l’appartement. On se sent comme à la maison ! 🙂 De plus, un accueil chaleureux par Catherine que nous avons plaisir à revoir chaque année !

Très belle situation, appartement spacieux, au calme pour dormir malgré le centre ville.
Petits bémols cependant :
- l'évier de la salle de bain qui n'a pas de profondeur et qui garde les traces de savon à chaque fois
- la deuxième chambre à coucher qu'il n'est pas possible d'aérer, sa fenêtre donnant sur le passage des habitants de l'immeuble, juste à niveau ...
- le manque de lumière et d'air de l'appartement, situé au rez-de-chaussée et donnant sur une cour intérieure. Heureusement qu'il y a une climatisation (par bouche d'aération) et que nous avions pris un ventilateur
- l'absence de certains ustensiles de cuisine, comme louche, écumoire ...
- l'accès au garage en sous-sol par ascenseur mais qui oblige à passer par l'extérieur. Heureusement nous avons pu décharger et recharger la voiture au niveau de l'entrée, garés sur une place réservée aux livraisons
Quoi qu'il en soit, la location est très propre, assez vaste et l'accueil par Catherine très sympathique.
C'était très agréable de pouvoir aller se promener vers la plage, la mer et le centre piétonnier de Sainte Maxime sans prendre la voiture (parkings publics souvent complets).
En résumé, une très belle location en plein centre de Sainte Maxime mais au calme, comme le précise l'annonce !
