You will find a beautiful independent house, quiet.
Privileged location for visiting Finistère, its nearby Quimper, Concarneau, Locronan as well as its islands / Ouessant, sein, Les Glénans.
This rental includes 1 kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, etc. ... washing machine, dryer.
This house can accommodate 4 people.
- 1 living dining room, bathroom, wc.
- upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed, the other 2 single beds, and 1 extra bed.
- For baby: there is all the material available
-> sheets are provided free of charge and beds are made on arrival.

- 150 € deposit
- Additional heating costs according to the season (50 € / week)

Une petite maison très bien située dans Chateaulin, au calme sur les hauteurs de l'Aulne, tout en étant très proche du centre ville. L'accès se fait par une rampe assez pentue mais on gare sans problème sa voiture dans la rue juste en dessous. Une grande buanderie adjacente à la maison et très pratique permet de stocker des vélos.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par sa propriétaire, très gentille et disponible.
L'équipement est conforme à l'annonce.
Seul bémol, l'isolation acoustique quasi inexistante dans la maison: on sait quand celui qui dort dans la chambre d'à coté se retourne dans son lit ou descend l'escalier !

The owners are lovely friendly people who live nearby.
They were helpful with any questions we had of the vicinity and made good recommendations of local restaurants and also provided a lot of literature of events which were happening both in Chateaulin and in other areas. There is always something to do in Chateaulin.
The gite was very clean and with many facilities. There is a good area to the front of the gite where they had provided a table, chairs and parasol so we could sit with good views down to Chateaulin centre, which we frequently did during our stay. It was lovely having our breakfast outside.
We could easily walk down an easy 5/10 minute walk to the centre.
There is a sloping garden at the back which we could also use. There is a separate washing and drying place to the side of the Gite which also has storage for bikes etc
We enjoyed our time there🌞
