About this house rental
Tremazan located in the municipality of Landunvez (29840) with the beach and the wild coast on foot (200 m), our newly renovated house sleeps 8 people.
It is located 35 minutes north west of Brest (train station and airport).
There is a large living room with a fireplace that opens onto a terrace, an additional living room overlooking the garden, 2 double bedrooms are on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds on the 2nd floor. The house has 1 bathroom and 1 shower room.
A large garden surrounds the house.
If you like the sea and tranquility, fishing and sand castles, hiking on the coastal paths and water sports, it is a very nice home for family and relaxing holidays!
Cleaning is included in the rent as well as the linen of the house (sheets and towels etc ...) and the tourist tax.
Utilities (water and electricity) are also included in the price.

La maison nous a parfaitement convenu, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand salon séparé, idéal pour se détendre pendant que les enfants dorment. Une petite remarque sur la vaisselle dont quelques pièces ebrechees mériteraient d'être remplacées mais c'est sans importance. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Das Haus ist grundsätzlich sehr schön und geräumig … wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .. die Betten sind gut die Zimmer schön groß.
Das Haus ist direkt an einer Straße was aber weiter nicht stört, ein paar Meter sind es zum Meer .. baden geht dort wunderbar Ebbe und Flut sind dort sehr stark ausgeprägt. Der Garten war toll, aber nicht wie gesagt komplett eingezäunt..
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet wir haben fast jeden Tag gekocht, da die Restaurants nur in Fahrweite vorhanden..
Also wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig .. wir würden wieder kommen es ist ein sehr schöner Ort zur Erholung..

Les plus :
- Excellent emplacement à quelques mètres de la mer, dans une région de bretagne plutôt sauvage, peu courtisée par les touristes et où la population est très accueillante et bienveillante.
- Le propriétaire est réactif, agréable, et apporte des solutions aux divers problèmes rencontrés.
- Présence de 1 SDB et 1 SDD, pratique pour les groupes.
- Salon séparé de la salle à manger qui permet de s'isoler lorsque l'on est en groupe.
- Très beau salon de lecture où il est agréable de se retrouver pour prendre l'apéro, jouer de la musique, lire, s'isoler...
- Cuisine équipée permettant de cuisiner tous les plats.
- Intérieur globalement agréable, maison qui a du charme
Les moins :
- Indication sur Abritel pas fiable (ex. location minimum 7 jours), photos non contractuelles (absence d'équipement figurant sur les photos).
- Pas de Wifi
- Cheminée mais pas de bois (4 buches laissées pour avoir du feu le 1er soir, à notre demande) : nécessité d'aller en acheter soi-même.
- Maison très mal isolée avec des courants d'air froids nécessitant d'augmenter la puissance des radiateurs électriques.
- Electricité non inclue dans le forfait (pas indiqué dans l'annonce d'où mauvaise surprise en arrivant... ).
- Aucune isolation phonique : on entend ce qui se passe dans toutes les autres pièces : Les couches tard, les lèves tôt, les personnes dormant dans les autres chambres qui se retournent dans leur lit en pleine nuit, on les entend tousser, ronfler, murmurer etc... Donc : bouchons anti-bruit !
- Lits jumeaux non jumelables. Lits bas de gamme, adaptées pour des enfants mais pas pour des adultes.
- Mauvaise literie,
- Moquette dans les chambres (pas favorable aux personnes allergiques aux acariens).
Conclusion :
Globalement bon marché ce gite est plutôt adapté pour 4 adultes et 4 enfants, pour un séjour à moindre coût en été.
