About this apartment rental
To rent T3 (about 55m2) very bright (double East-West exposure) with lateral sea view equipped for 4 to 6 people, located in the center of the seaside resort of Dinard, on the 2nd floor of a small condominium.
It is composed as follows:
- Bedroom 1: 140 * 190 bed
- Bedroom 2: loft bed 1 person and convertible sofa (BZ 140 Bultex mattress)
- Living room with large bay windows (lateral sea view) including a dining area, a lounge area with convertible corner sofa (140), TV, DVD player and a kitchen area:
Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher 9 place settings as well as small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, raclette service)
- Shower room with shower, cabinet with sink and heated towel rail.
- separate WC.
- Cupboard in entrance (which allows to store shoes / coats, bags / suitcases ....), washing machine.
- A balcony with sea view equipped with a table and 4 chairs.
Animals not accepted. We ask smokers not to smoke in the apartment.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment (less than 50 m): the Ecluse beach, the Olympic swimming pool with heated sea water, the casino and the palace of arts and festivals as well as all the shops.
You are at the heart of all activities in the city, without a car.
From the apartment, you can also walk to the market, the cinema, the hiking trails ...
Close to Saint Malo, Saint-Lunaire, Dinan, Mont Saint Michel, Rennes ...
Access possible by Sncf Tgv St Malo then bus St Malo-Dinard

Appartement très ensoleillée et bien situé ,vu sur mer et commerce au pied du logement.

Pièce de vie très exposée au bruit. Le restaurant qui fait face à l’appartement est très bruyant jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit. A noter un manque de store ou voilage dans la pièce de vie qui souffre d’un grand vis à vis et ne bénéfice donc d’aucune intimité. Un fil protecteur sur les vitres serait le bienvenu. Dans la cuisine 1 ou 2 petits saladiers supplémentaires seraient à prévoir. A noter également un important manque de rangement pour les vêtements, le placard du couloir sensé accueillir les chaussures et manteaux et déjà occupé par une machine à laver, des balais et autre nécessaire de nettoyage ne laissant quasiment aucune espace libre. Sinon appartement lumineux et couchages corrects.

Un bémol par contre à cause du bruit...
Jusqu'au petit matin (restaurant, bar et noctambules) et dès très tôt le matin (poubelles, livraisons).
