Ideal for a couple, suitable for 2 people.
Located 2km from the center of Belfort in the west, the cottage occupies the ground floor of an old farm in the old Essert.
Cool in summer, easy to heat in winter.
Entry independent of that of the owner
Fast access from the A36 motorway, fast lane from Lure, Héricourt.
The spacious living room has a TV corner, a dining area and a convertible single bed armchair.
The kitchenette: adjoining the living room.
The room (bed 140 * 190) opens south on a small private garden.
WC in bathroom.
Garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue charcoal.
Side street, a private parking space for a car in front of the cottage.
Non smoking cottage.

Our cottage is located in the main street of the old Essert, near the Town Hall, primary school, church and laundry.
Donkeys and horses on the path of Tremblet 5 minutes walk from the cottage.
For the "running" all country roads are waiting for you and the "Coulée verte".
The EuroVelo 6 (Atlantic-Black Sea cycle lane) uses this Green Flow.
The hiking trail St Jacques de Compostela, hiking the forts, the GR5 (Holland-Mediterranean) pass in front of the cottage.
5 minutes by car to go shopping at supermarkets (open on Sunday morning) in Essert or Bavilliers, 2 villages with all amenities.
Bus 500 m from the cottage to get to the city.
Parc de la Douce (skating rink, tennis, swimming pool, children's playground) 2 km.
Riding school, deer park, adventure park in Bavilliers (3 km)

- Sehr freundliche Gastgeber
- Ruhig obwohl die Wohnung an einer Durchgangsstraße liegt
- Nur ein Sofa oder ähnliches würde die Wohnung abrunden
- Leider nur französische Sender im SAT-Receiver eingespeichert, im Internetzeitalter aber auch kein Problem
- Sehr gute WiFi-Anbindung (über 100 Mbit/s Down- und Upstream)

Nous avons pu bien profiter du gîte qui est très confortable et bien équipée. Idéal en couple avec un enfant en bas âge. Des jeux a côté de l école une boulangerie juste à cote de belles balades à faire a bien lavoir rivière avec des grenouilles des chevaux dernière le gîte... Le jardin du gîte est au top ombragée et très bucolique... On adore !!! Belfort facilement accessible en transport en commun avec bcp d activités et de sites remarquables a faire. Nous recommandons le musée de l auto et le zoo a Mulhouse !! Enfin le parc du malsaucy vaut le détour ...
