Welcome to the FLOREVA chalet in GERARDMER.
This magnificent chalet, with a surface area of 240 m2, can accommodate 10 people. Built on three levels, thanks to its exceptional geographical location it is close to the city center (900m), the casino (800m) the ski slopes (1.5km), the lake (100m), an ice rink (500m). it has two large south-facing balconies overlooking Lake GERARDMER as well as a 40m2 covered and heated swimming pool with shower.
You will stay in a warm Savoyard-style chalet with five personalized bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet, a large living room and an open-plan kitchen, a billiard room with air hockey and a sauna.
GROUND FLOOR LEVEL
A master suite with a very comfortable king size bed (180 x 200 cm), bathroom and toilet, large flat screen,
A bedroom with two single beds, flat screen as well as a bathroom and toilet,
A relaxation room with sauna, a fitness area with a walking/running mat and an elliptical bike, Pro-Form
A room with luxury American billiards and air hockey,
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron,
Direct access to the completely renovated swimming pool with massage bench, waterfall and counter-current swimming (the pool temperature is 29° all year round).

A dining room equipped with a large table that can accommodate 10 people
A fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, two refrigerators, freezer and dishwasher (cleaning product not provided), NESPRESSO coffee machine), electric kettle, toaster, two raclette machines, two raclette machines, fondue and dishes provided for 10

A bedroom with two single beds, flat screen, bathroom and WC.
LEVEL 2
A large master suite, very comfortable king size bed, a wardrobe, a large balcony with a view of the lake, a large bathroom and separate toilet, a large flat screen

For short stays, beds are made upon arrival, but bathroom linens are optional (€4 per person), including a bath sheet and hand towel.
For longer stays (minimum one week), beds are made upon arrival, and bathroom linens are included in the rental.

A beautiful house in a fantastic location. The view over the lake is addictive and with the many activities that the house offers, even rainy days become cozy and fun.

Die Lage, der Ausdblick und Pool waren super. Leider gab es für 10 Personen aber nur 5 Liegen am Pool, andere sitzgelegenheiten waren auch nur 4 vorhanden und teilweise defekt. Die Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich, 2 Zimmer sind unsere Meinung nach nur für Kinder geeignet, keinesfalls für Erwachsene, da die Zimmer sehr klein sind und es dort keine Schränke oder andere Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt.
