Charming family house with garden in the heart of the classified district of Fécamp-Normandie. Space, light, calm and character to enjoy Fécamp, the beach, the Alabaster coast and its hinterland. 15 km from Etretat; a large garden and a sheltered courtyard before entering a living room of 40 m2. Upstairs, 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. Ideally located; 5 minutes walk from the city center, the harbor shops and the train station; 10 minutes from the beach.

Karine est une très bonne hôtesse, disponible, aimable.
Un des sommiers des chambres aurait besoin d'être changé car très bas et peu confortable.

Das Haus ist nett und war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 2km durch die Stadt. In der Nähe finden sich zwei Supermärkte und bis zur Kathedrale und der Fußgängerzone sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Hätte es nicht zwei Großbaustellen in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, wäre es auch schön ruhig gewesen. Leider hatte uns der Vermieter im Vorfeld darüber nicht informiert. Das hat den Urlaub etwas getrübt, da wir tagsüber nicht auf der Terrasse sitzen konnten und die Fenster schließen mussten. Dabei hatten wir die zwei Wochen sehr schönes Wetter.
