About this cottage rental
The cottage is located in the Auvergne volcano park in the countryside with views of the Sioule valley.
This cottage is 90m2 with a 30m2 terrace and adjoining land.
It is made up of two bedrooms, one of which is a 25m2 attic master bedroom (140cm bed) with a view of the Sioule valley and one bedroom that can accommodate 3 people (3 single beds, two of which can be joined).
Prafot for families: A baby bed can be made available with high chair, stroller, bed bar - Provision of games and books for children of all ages.
Separate WC and a shower room.
Equipped kitchen open to living room and terrace with also a view of the valley.
Equipment: integrated kitchen with freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, senseo coffee maker, mixer ...
The living room is open on the terrace, it is equipped with a leather sofa and armchair, a television with a Dvd player.
WiFi is available.
30m2 terrace with garden furniture, it overlooks the valley in a green setting with no neighbors.

- Security deposit of 300 euros from on arrival and delivery within 7 days after departure
- Cleaning to be done before the deposit is returned.
- A deposit of 50 € will be requested on arrival for cleaning and returned within 7 days
- Only one animal allowed

Animals are present around the lodging: a horse, chickens, cows and two dogs very nice with the children.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte de Pontgibaud. Le cadre est très agréable et nous avons adoré prendre nos repas sur la terrasse et la vue sur la vallée. L'emplacement est idéal pour aller à Vulcania, Lemptegy, Clermont Ferrand, Puy de Dôme (10 a 20 min en voiture). Le gîte est propre, très bien aménagé. L'hôtesse est très gentille et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Un gîte très agréable pour un séjour en famille, bien aménagé et équipé, calme, à proximité de multiples sites et activités. Avec à disposition des lectures pour tous les âges et jeux de société. Difficile de prendre le chemin du retour !
