About this house rental
Having fallen in love with this marvelous town of Uzès "classified as a city of Art and History, the owners decided to renovate an old sheepfold in the middle of an olive grove, Le Mas des Oliviers, located in the town of Uzès itself.
The large plot of land of 3200 m2 made it possible to build an independent gîte, l'Oustalou, in harmony with its environment. Its location at the other end of the land and the vegetation allow great privacy.
The large swimming pool, 13x6 m faces south .An electric blanket helps maintain the temperature at night.

The cottage with a total surface area of 60m2, includes a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen (4 gas burners, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), television flat screen and free WIFI, Air conditioning was installed in September 2019.
2 bedrooms which each have their own bathroom with toilet.
Sleeping:
Coquelicot room: 1 bed of 160 x 200
Tournesol Room: 2 beds of 80 x 200
The 30m2 private terrace overlooks the olive trees and greenery.
2 sheltered parking spaces inside the property.
The city center is 4 minutes by car.
Sheets, pillowcases, blankets and towels are provided.
Pool towels not provided.
Household products provided.
Pets not allowed, non-smoking rental.
No disabled accessibility.
No possibility of welcoming friends unless agreed by the owners.
Arrival time: From 4 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Departure time: Between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. Maximum.
Balance on arrival day in cash or bank transfer one week before arrival.

Absolutely ideal vacation place .. comfortable house and terrace with an amazing pool. Hosts are lovely to deal with. Great situation for Uzes town on foot ;area is very accessible for visiting local attractions such as Nimes ,Pont du Gard , Avignon. Thoroughly recommend this place.

Lovely pool much needed to escape the heat. Charming and comfy cottage on the grounds of owners home. You share the pool with the family. They are polite but it isn’t private. This is clear on the listings. The town of Uzes is lovely and pont du gare is close. The house is well situated to the main road into Uzes.
