About this house rental
Large vacation home accommodating up to 15 holidaymakers with 5 bedrooms and 1 dormitory in a large 3000 m² garden with heated swimming pool (outside winter period, approx. from Easter to All Saints' Day) and relaxation area on the banks of the “Cassole” river.
On the garden level, terraces lead to a large, modern, fully-equipped 30 m² kitchen opening onto a very large living room with mezzanine (air-conditioned). This level also includes 2 double bedrooms, a shower room and a suite with shower room and dressing room. The air-conditioned first floor features 2 double bedrooms, a dormitory and a games room.
Mas de la Rivière is located 3 km from the village of Cotignac, facing the forest and the river.
The house is equipped for your comfort and relaxation inside (wifi, orange TV, games console, hi-fi) and out (swimming pool and summer kitchen). It's also located in the center of Provence Verte, just 1 hour's drive from the region's most interesting spots (Nice and its old town, the beaches of Saint-Aygulf, Hyères or Bandol, the lakes and gorges of the Verdon, Aix, Marseille, the evenings in Cannes or St Tropez... ) and close to the most beautiful Provencal villages, Cotignac of course, but also Toutour, Entrecasteaux, Sillans la Cascade...
The house benefits from a large parking area as well as a shelter for motorcycles.
Due to the Covid 19 crisis we have had to deal with, we have put in place several measures for your protection:
- reinforcement of our cleaning and disinfection protocol (including the swimming pool). We would therefore ask you to respect the departure and arrival times
- Maintaining distances and barrier gestures while remaining entirely at your disposal.
- Independent arrival possible
- Cleaning products available
- Air conditioning cleaned and disinfected

Cotignac is picturesque. The area has so many activities. There are many other villages with market days and good vineyards to visit near by. The villa has everything needed for a fun holiday, adults and children alike. The pool is very good and there is foosball , pool table, table tennis and boules. The hosts Thi and Stephane were more than helpful even dropping off some pancakes and waffles.

Very nice, fully equipped villa with pool. Great host! We stayed 13 persons for a week and enjoyed it a lot. Lot of activities on the premise like boule, pingpong and fussball kept both adults and kids busy. Recommended!

Fantastic stay and amazing hosts!
Thi and Stephane went out of their way to accommodate our needs, particularly for my wheelchair using sister. The ease with which she could get around the property and use the accessible bathroom was a refreshing change. Besides that the property itself has everything you could need including a multitude of activities to keep everyone entertained (swimming pool, pool table, ping pong, boules, fussball, Xbox etc) although the pool was the main event. Slightly too far out from town to walk in 30+ degree heat but has a Spar within 10 mins walk for essentials and plenty of larger supermarket options within easy drive. Outdoor kitchen with extra fridge was a great bonus. Lovely sitting area for the balmy evenings but make sure you take bug spray…
For any wheelchair users, you do need an extendable ramp to get into the front door currently but we found a set that worked ok. Cotignac itself is a lovely small old town with plenty of eating options and a great place to watch the world go by under the shaded areas. Definitely on our return list!
