On s'est régalé ! Le gite est parfait : bien décoré, bien équipé. Un accueil plein d'attentions délicates: feu de bois pour casser la fraîcheur de l'air, bouquet de roses fraîches du jardin sur la table du salon... La terrasse de l'étage est idyllique pour savourer les myriades d'étoiles (on ne savait même plus qu'elles pouvaient être aussi nombreuses !) et ... "cerise sur le gâteau" : les sérénades de rossignols ! En parlant de cerises, tout au long de nos ballades, celles, trop mûres, qui restaient sur les arbres après la cueillette ont fini... dans nos estomacs ! Quel délice... Le temps n'était pas toujours au beau (rare dans cette région), mais nous en avons profité pour nous reposer. Et pour çà le lieu est parfait : pas de bruit de moteurs, le silence des étoiles, le chant des oiseaux, le parfum des fleurs de tilleul. La petite église, sobre et apaisante, résonne sans doute encore de l'écho de quelques aum... Quelques ballades délicieuses aux alentours ont fini de nourrir notre week-end prolongé : le cimetière de St May, le marché aux livres du Vieux Nyons, les ruines de l'Abbaye de Bodon, les sentiers autour du village et... pour finir, gastronomie du coin : fromages de chèvre (qu'on est allé chercher chez le fermier du centre équestre perdu dans la montagne), confit d'olives de Nyons, huile d'olive bio. Un week-end qu'on va renouveler dès que l'agenda le permet !
