Rental in any season (central heating and wood), holidays of Toussaint, February, Easter, or the summer (big we possible) on the wild coast of Finistère (Brittany).
Very luminous longère of 200m2 (up to 12 people), entirely renovated, facing south, located on a vast family property of 8ha wooded and very well maintained, with free access (manor and chapel of the XVIth-XVIIIth century) coast of the Legends of the North Finistère - between the abers and Roscoff.
Ground floor: entrance, bedroom with double bed 140, bathroom with shower en suite, separate WC;
Vast luminous stay of 50m2 with a wood stove and large table of dining room until 16-18 diners; a very well equipped kitchen (Thermomix, billig / krampouz crepe maker - Nespresso coffee machine - toaster, kettle etc), dishes for 18 people;
A laundry room with corner toilet + LL and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron; baby equipment.
On the floor: 1 bathroom double basin / TOILET, 1 parental room with a double bed in 160 exposed to the south; 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds; 1 room with 1 bed 1 person + 1 baby bed; 1 large dormitory 5 single beds.
