le plus : emplacement centre-ville idéal et studio bien situé (7° étage, plein est). Propriétaires disponibles.
le moins : salle d'eau exigüe, douche difficile d'accès, lavabo et robinet mal ajustés.

Excellent accueil. Correspond au descriptif. Fonctionnel et bien équipé. Literie impeccable. Proche du centre ville, de la gare, des bus et des commerces. Bien exposé avec le soleil le matin et l’ombre le soir. Immeuble calme. Seul bémol… la rue est très passante et du coup bruyante, obligeant à garder les fenêtres fermées. Une climatisation serait un plus 😎

Appartement bien situé, à proximité des commerces, ensoleillé le matin ce qui permet des petits déjeuners sympas.
Agréable accueil avec prise en compte du changement de température et mise à disposition d'une couette plus chaude plus conseils des visites à faire. A recommander.
