About this chalet rental
Welcome to the Chartreuse Natural Park! On the Plateau des Petites Roches, 30km from Grenoble and Chambéry, 1,000 m above sea level, we offer a family chalet that can accommodate from 4 to 14 people, completely renovated, all comfort, well exposed and quiet. Balcony and terrace, with a beautiful view of the Belledonne Massif and the Corniche de la Chartreuse. Electric heating + retractable insert fireplace with heat recovery; firewood available. Wifi, many board games and books.
The gite is made up of a main part (120m²): 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC, American kitchen and large living-dining room of 60m² + a semi-independent apartment (40 m²) on the ground floor garden, served by an internal staircase: 1 bedroom, 1 shower room with WC, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. the rental is not divisible. It is not possible to have noisy parties.
Rental of the house on weekends outside school holidays only: 400 €. Weekly rental: from 650 € to 1400 € depending on the period.
Close proximity to the COL / MARCIEU summer / winter resort. Do not hesitate to visit their website.

Fantastic holiday in a superb location. View from the balcony was amazing and the chalet had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and tidy. It felt homely without being cluttered, and the open plan living area worked really well for us. Plenty of provision for warm weather with hammocks and sun beds etc. Only downside is that it takes a while to get anywhere on twisty steep roads, but that comes with the territory in the mountains! We managed to explore many different areas in the Chartreuse and Belledonne areas, plus further afield in our 2 week stay. Would recommend for a family holiday.

Le gîte est spacieux.et très bien équipé. La vue est incroyable ! A proximité : accrobranche, VTT, rando, cascade...et échange très sympa avec les propriétaires. Bref nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis.

Tout le confort dans le chalet. Espace à vivre et chambres de bonne taille ce qui permet à la fois de profiter d’activités tous ensemble mais aussi de s'isoler dans les chambres. Magnifique vue sur le massif de la Belledonne. Propriétaires très disponibles pour répondre à toutes questions pour la préparation des vacances !
