About this cottage rental
Our cottage adjoining our house is built in a farmhouse pink granite country of the 18th century. In a quiet environment, the sea in the country! It's made of :
Ground floor: a large living room / dining room / kitchen, 1 separate bathroom. The Clic clac du RDC is in no way considered as additional sleeping.
FLOOR: one bedroom with double bed, dresser.
a mezzanine bedroom with bunk bed, storage.
a bathroom: shower and bathroom furniture.
The kitchen has a fridge / freezer, an oven, a microwave oven, with 4 gas plates, coffee maker, all crockery and kitchen utensils provided.
The bedding consists of a double bed and a bunk bed, duvets and pillows.
South-facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue & parasol.
Dryer and washing machine available; 80 cm full HD TV, wifi internet access, electric heating.

Nice location , friendly welcome but there were 3 issues which affected us.
1 On arrival, there was no electricity and we had to wait for the owners to return and re-set the fuse box (hidden from view) We had the same problem again one morning but managed to fix it ourselves.
2 We could not use the microwave as there was no handle to open the door. which the owners were aware of
but suggested pressing our fingers in a certain place. It did not work.
3 We found water on the floor of the toilet which we had to mop up and use paper to soak it up. We were told it was probably some sort of leak but nothing was done about it.
It was a pity that these issues were not properly addressed and there was no sense of urgency.
A good break but it could have been better had these problems been taken seriously.

Es ist ein hübsches Haus, das zentral gelegen ist. Das Haus selbst liegt sehr ruhig zwischen Feldern und abseits der Straße. Dazu hat es einen großen Garten. Ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind fussläufig erreichbar. Der Strand und das Zentrum des Ortes sind nur 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Parken ist kostenfrei. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken wie Bergseen und das Cap.
Die Besitzer des Hauses sind sehr freundlich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig und zentral.
Einrichtung ist einfach, aber vor allem unpraktisch. Kein Besen (Sand vom Strand), ohrenbetäubender Staubsauger, Waschmaschine war für mein Geschmack dreckig und stank, Küche zum Kochen okay. Bei allem das Gefühl, das Nichtmehrbrauchbare des Haushaltes in der Hand zu haben…
