About this villa rental
Quiet and charm, greenery, near sea and town centre. Bright and pleasant villa of 80 sq.m, 4 rooms upstairs, air-conditioning, veranda/summer kitchen of 12 sq.m at ground level, opening onto large terraces, pool and fenced garden (the whole: 675 sq.m):
- Hall and stairs in ancient Carrara marble and Provencal wrought iron
- Bright living room, overlooking, with couch and sofa
- Dining room: large bay window on 6 m opens on 3 m at palm tree level, 1 resting area in rattan
- Equipped kitchen
- 2 bedrooms
- Bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilets
- Pool area: closed veranda, equipped summer kitchen, washing machine. Solar shower and toilets with hand basin.
Flat land with terraces (the largest to the South and North) and lawn, pool gated by electric roller cover and wooded garden: palm trees clumps, Neriums and young and mature fruit-trees.
In summer, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and deck chairs, dining area can also be moved. Gas barbecue. Garden with shaded and enclosed car park.
The kitchens of the house and veranda on pool side are each fully equipped: induction hob, multifunction oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, crockery and serving dishes.

This was our second visit to this property, and as last year everything was excellent.Communication with the owner Marie-Lianne is really good with prompt responses to all queries. On site we are cared for by Anna who is always very attentive and helpful even going as far as to pick us up from the station. The house is situated in a lovely,quiet residential area within walking distance of a small supermarket, cafe/restaurants and boulangerie. It is also only about 20 minutes walk to the town and sandy beach. It is comfortable and very clean. The garden and pool area is one of the nicest we've experienced.There are lots of areas to sit and plenty of access to shade when required. We look forward to our next visit.

Everything was really good. Communication with the owner Marie-Lianne was brilliant with prompt responses to any questions and lots of of information provided. The local person Anne was also lovely and very attentive and helpful. The house is situated in a lovely,quiet residential area. The house itself is ideal for a holiday. It is comfortable and very clean. We actually only used the main house for sleeping and for the bathrooms as we used the garden kitchen and dining area for everything else - it is all you need.
The garden and pool area is one of the nicest we have had from all of our holidays.There is lots of outdoor furniture and plenty of access to shade when required.
We didn't take a car. We got the train from Nice to St. Raphael.The house is well situated and only a short walk, about 15 minutes, to the small Spar, other commerces and port with some cafés and restaurants. There's a good boulangerie about a 6 minute walk away at Les Plaines. We walked into St. Raphael for the beach,restaurants etc which only took about 20 minutes.
We will happily return to this area and house.

We had a lovely stay at this property recently. It’s in a fantastic area, 20 mins walk from the centre of St Raphael, in its most exclusive area. The property itself was perfect for our requirements and the outside side space a pool area are great.
Marie-Liane & Denis were very welcoming & attentive to our needs. We would definitely recommend & visit again.

The villa was lovely, owners were very friendly and helpful, as was the lovely Mme Després who met us at the property. Despite being in the middle of a heatwave, pool was perfect and we had a wonderful week - Aircon was very much appreciated! Close to facilities, shops and restaurants to make your trip as busy or as peaceful as you would like.
