Located on the Omaha Beach Landing site on the seafront with direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. Enjoy the calm and the heart of a large listed and historic site! Redecorated by the owner Artist in the chic and eco-friendly apartment style. Respectful of the environment, the "BOUTIK'HOME" can accommodate 4 people. WIFI internet access and TV CHANNELS
The apartment is located in a small quiet residence, the apartment is very bright facing south / southwest with a sea view from the main room it is composed:
- A main American kitchen room including
A microwave, 3 hotplates, a fridge, a capsule coffee maker (supplied), a toaster, a kettle, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils as well as a flat screen TV and a chain hifi.
- 2 fully equipped bedrooms with linen and towels provided (sheets, duvets, towels...)
- The Pop'Art room: Room with a bed for 2 people decorated in a pop art style
- The Quai west room: with 2 single beds (can be pushed together if necessary) decorated in a seaside style
- A shower room with shower and sink, access from the pop art room
- wc
The prices are all inclusive including electricity and water charges, tourist taxes, household and bathroom linen and organic household products and some basic food products (at discretion)
Arrival times from 5 p.m. and no later than 7:30 p.m.
Departure times: no later than 12 hours

Visiting Normandy for several days on the June 6th anniversary fulfilled a life-long dream of mine. I am an avid history geek, and staying in this apartment so close to the shores of Omaha Beach was breathtaking. It's footsteps away from Dog Green and seeing it from the apartment window is an emotional reminder of the battle that took place on that day. If being right in the middle of Omaha Beach is important to you, then Boutik'Home is for you. The unit is expectedly European and cozy. It's on the 3rd floor, with a private toilet in the hallway and separate shower in the master bedroom. The kitchen room is modern with all the appliances and cookware you will need. There's even a futon for sitting in the room that was great for reading under the huge west facing window. The beds are comfortable in both rooms, and there's a futon in the kitchen room for gathering with your family or friends. There's a wonderful creperie downstairs and the proprietor is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A market is nearby for buying supplies, and you are so incredibly close to other restaurants. Parking is steps away from the front door. This really is the ideal location to access everything in Omaha Beach area. You will not be disappointed if experiencing D-Day beaches is your priority.

We enjoyed our stay in June. The apartment is small, but met the needs of our family of 4. Convenient location with so much to see. We were there the weekend of the D-Day Anniversary celebration and WOW, we felt like we were right in the heart of so many activities. Yet, the evenings were so peaceful and quiet since everything closes relatively early.
The ocean view is amazing.
The beds were basically futon mattresses, so very thin. I would recommend an upgrade on the beds.
We cooked some meals which was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed.

This is a cute, clean property with a fantastic location. You can see Omaha Beach from the window. It is a bit small, but I had expected that from other reviews and didn’t bother us. We used it mostly to sleep and shower. There is a small grocery store not far that was perfect for stocking up on drinks and snacks. Owner was great at getting back to us right away when we had a couple of questions.
