About this apartment rental
Description:
The Logis is closed for renovation works from January 2018.
The furnished apartment of 70m2 is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house near the city center of Strasbourg (3 km from the cathedral) in a quiet area without much traffic. The ground floor and the attic are occupied by the owner.
The rental can accommodate up to 4 people. (Holidays or professionals)
The apartment, rented furnished, is composed of 3 rooms:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x190, wardrobe, chest of drawers
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200 with a library,
- 1 living room with a sofa, an armchair, a 4 people table, a flat screen television, and a radio.
- 1 kitchen with balcony equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, 1 table and chairs, complete crockery and cookware.
- 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink.

On request: Cot, sheets, pillowcases, cleaning (extra charge),

At 300m, 2 bakeries and less than 800m (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy)
At 650m Rotonde tram stop (1 stop from the Gare de Strasbourg and 2 stops from the city center)
Bus stop 300m to go downtown by tram.
Free parking in the street in front of the house. (Secondary street of a residential area)
You can from our apartment:
- Coming by car - Free parking on the street (low traffic)
- Coming by train - We are 5 minutes from the Tram and 15 minutes from the train station.
- Coming by plane - We are 18 km from the airport which is accessible by shuttle bus, taxi or car rental.
- Leave your car and visit Strasbourg either on foot, by bike, or with public transport.
- a few steps away you can enjoy a large park with games for children, tennis court, petanque, table tennis...
- The big skating rink of Strasbourg is in 10min on foot of the hiring.
Strasbourg historic city, with its cathedral, its picturesque district of Petite France, its museums is also a privileged starting point to visit:
- Alsace and its villages
- the Massif des Vosges and its castles, including the Haut-Koenigsbourg.
- The Cité de l'Automobile in Mulhouse and its Bugatti collection.
- so many other Alsacian wonders
- The Black Forest Massif and its spa towns
The rental is close to the highway that allows you to leave the city very quickly and visit the region.
Rent:
450 euros per week / 70 euros per night with a minimum of 2 consecutive nights.
During the Christmas market (November 29 to January 5):
650 euros the week / 100 euros the night with a minimum of 2 consecutive nights.
Tourist tax not included

My husband and I had a long stay at Logis Le 18 Rose, and we were really pleased with the accommodation. The apartment has a comfortable layout and was perfect for our extended stay, with plenty of storage space for clothes and personal items, and a well-equipped kitchen. It is in a nice residential area, and the neighborhood has many amenities nearby, including shops, bakeries, public transit, and a park with a workout area as well as trails for running, walking, or biking.
We also really appreciated our hosts. They are very professional, courteous, and helpful. Communication was great, and we received responses very quickly when we had questions, both during the booking process as well as during our stay. We travel frequently and have stayed in numerous accommodations, and I would rate our hosts’ professionalism as among the best of the places we’ve stayed.
This apartment was a great choice, and we were really happy that we were able to stay here. I highly recommend it.

What a nice apartment: it is very large, very fully equipped (huge kitchen with large fridge, a smart TV with connections for HDMI and laptop, for example) and a nice balcony on a quiet garden. Two very large bedrooms, shutters to darken. Park in front of the door and in 10 minutes on foot in the city center. Everything was arranged very quickly and quick and adequate responses from the owner.

We booked this apartment for a very long family holiday stay of several months and I really wanted to love it, as it is such a peaceful location and the apartment is large and really well set up for guests. I am very picky about kitchens and think this is the best kitchen I have ever had in a short stay accommodation.
However, the hosts made this experience less pleasant than it should have been. I noted before booking that they charge extra for things like sheets and towels and came prepared, but this should probably have been a warning about their attitude as I cannot think of any other place I have ever been to that charges for these. Our very first experience was having our autistic son told off for making noise that might disturb them downstairs, which stopped us from really feeling comfortable here. Several other minor things happened throughout our time which I wanted to forgive, but did stop us feeling truly comfortable. On our final day the hosts attempted to keep part of our bond to pay for additional cleaning related to a pre-existing condition to the house that we had been unaware of when we came in. We fought this and got our money back but it left a bad taste in our mouths that unfortunately has soured our entire experience of Strasbourg and France.
