About this chalet rental
Seasonal rental, apartment in full nature chalet 5/10 minutes from Lake Annecy.
Located on the first floor, overlooking the lake and the Parc national des Bauges.
ground floor apartment already occupied.
This 90m2 apartment offers all the comfort to accommodate 4 people, including 2 bedrooms, 1 equipped kitchen open to living room, a large bathroom with separate toilet, a balcony with exceptional views of Lake Annecy and the Bauges Valley .
walk from the chalet.
cycle touring starting from the chalet, col de leschaux and Semnoz, cycle track around the lake at 10 minutes.
1/4 hour golf.
All other activities within half an hour: paragliding, hot air ballooning, nautical activities ...
weekly rental during the high season.
Pets not allowed, no smoking in the apartment.
Possibility of supplying sheets and towels on request: 25 € / room (supplement to be paid on arrival).
Cleaning costs: 80 €, also payable on arrival in cash, but returned on the day of your departure if you do the cleaning yourself.

We had a wonderful stay here, wonderful views at all times of the day. Superb facilities and excellent host who is very welcoming and friendly.

Although the spacious property is ageing a bit the location is perfect for anyone wanting tranquility within a short drive of Lake Annecy and its various beaches and other attractions. We loved being surrounded by the friendly dog, the horses, and the deer which come down out of the woods at night. Only problem was the double bed--mattress is rather worn and not good for our 60 year old backs.

The water of the shower was not hot, almost cols, the big bed is not so big and old. The landlady very nice !

We spent a lovely few days. Everything was great. Place was clean and kept well. Only wish we spoke french as the host was very nice but we couldn't communicate well with her.
