It is located on the third floor of the beautiful residence Cap Riviera-Indigo, built in 2007 at La Motte du Couchant, in a pleasant green setting, just a few steps from the sea. You will be able to access the beaches without having to pass a road. The nearest shops are two minutes walk.
The apartment is very spacious. On 76 m2 of surface you will find a bright living room, two bedrooms, an American kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a hall. The whole is completed by a south facing terrace of 21m2, with sea view, a loggia of 11m2 and on request by an outdoor parking space or a private garage.
The layout of the apartment is modern and neat.
From the living / dining room of 33m2 you access through a large bay window to the terrace. The living room is equipped with two convertible sofas, a table for up to twelve people, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with TNT, satellite reception of international channels, a DVD player and a stereo HIFI. If you wish, you can also have access to broadband internet as well as a landline telephone.
The American kitchen is generously equipped. Here you will find an oven, a hob with four hotplates, a dishwasher, a microwave, two refrigerators / freezers, a washing machine, a kettle, a steam cooker, a service as well as a fridge. many kitchen tools. Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine.

Apartment is nice and clean and its balcony is very suny, which we appreciated very much. the garage is very small, but for our car it was ok (hyundai ix20). Many dogs in the building, so our dog was very welcomed by others. Very quiet place and very near to the beach. Because we were here off season, our dog could walk unleashed at the beach. Kitchen is normally equipped, but there were only three bigger cups. Maybe this could be stocked up.
My family had a very pleasant stay there and we totally recommend the apartment.

Modern, spacious apartment in gated community, beautifully positioned for those who love the sea. 2 balconies: one south-facing, big and wide with table, 4 chairs and one lounger and one deckchair, and partial view of sea, the other smaller, overlooking the car park. Gorgeous big, long and wide sandy beach is 5 minutes by foot. Lots of shady walks from apartment leading to shops restaurants and bars.
Owners very responsive and friendly, and left a tray of Nespresso coffee for us. They also provided bed linen with no fuss when we had misunderstood the website which didn't indicate that it was not free. The apartment though has an unloved feeling with lots of maintenance issues. Air con wasn't working, handle on toilet door fell off, front of a bathroom drawer came off, chair arm loose, another chair very wobbly, no mop, no oven gloves. Shower in very dark corner of bathroom, 2 small fridges, but only one very small ice compartment that wouldn't keep ice cream frozen. Superficially everything looked clean but there were black hairs on the floors and the sofas were dusty.
We needed 3 access codes to access the apartment on foot from the road outside and the check in website only gave us 2, but the owners came back to take us through the routines. In the car we also needed a telecommand to open the gate and garage, and 2 keys for the garage door and the parking space.
The main problem we had was the lack of air con which made it difficult to sleep at night and also made the apartment difficult to cool. The owners could not solve the problem and offered us no solution or discount for the inconvenience.
