The apartment is on the first floor of a building (one flight of stairs). It has a fully equipped kitchen, a very large double bedroom, a room with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. An internal parking space is also available.

Great place, new and clean. Only thing missing was air conditioning but it wasn’t that bad and we were there during a heat wave in July. Everything was great no issues. Kind host easy to work with. Thank you

I had a very pleasant stay at the Beverara apartment. The apartment was new, quiet and comfortable with parking and convenient to the Bologna Fiere District. It is located near a lovely park that you could stroll through to get to the supermarket and other shops within 5 minutes. There was a bus stop nearby from which I was able to get to the Center of Bologna in less than half an hour. Silvia was extremely attentive and also recommended several restaurants nearby where we ate well including regional dishes. I will definitely stay at the Beverara apartment next trip!
