About this apartment rental
Ideally located in the heart of the village of Ploumanac'h, 100 meters from shops, the beach, and the port on the Pink Granite Coast, this 61 m² duplex will charm you with its spacious and bright living room, fitted kitchen, and large south-facing terrace.
We are available to answer any questions you may have!
The apartment, on the first and top floor of a small residence, is laid out as follows: hall, living room with fitted kitchen, with a large storage cupboard, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, and separate toilet.
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a 160x190 bed and a small sea view, as well as a mezzanine bedroom with a 90x200 bed and two 90x190 bunk beds, also with a small sea view.
Once you have parked your car in the private car park opposite the residence, you will be within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, and boutiques.
You will be a 2-minute walk from the fishing port and marina, the beaches of Saint-Guirec and La Bastille, and you can stroll along the coastal path, which will take you to the lighthouse, the famous Pink Granite Coast, and Trestraou beach in Perros-Guirec.
A storage room is available for beach accessories, strollers, bicycles, etc.
A fiber optic box provides you with high-speed WiFi internet access.

This is an excellent apartment either for a couple or a family. It is very comfortable and has everything that you need. As for location, it would be hard to beat being only 2 minutes from the beach and the amazing pink granite coastal walk not to mention a good variety of shops and restaurants. An added bonus is the private carpark across the road. We would strongly recommend staying here. Our host Hervé, could not have been more helpful.

Große, praktische Wohnung mit Terrasse, gut ausgestattet, sehr nette Vermieter, ausgezeichnete Kommunikation. Es gibt viele Küchengeräte und -ausstattung, ein paar Kinderspielsachen und ein bisschen Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Betten sind vernünftig, die sanitären Anlagen auch, die Vermieter kümmern sich gut um alles. Das Dorf Ploumanac'h ist absolut genial und die Möglichkeiten am Strand und in den Felsen großartig. Fairer Preis, auch für die Zusatzleistungen. Gern wieder!

L'appartement est très agréable , lumineux avec toutes les commodités pour une famille d'au moins 5 personnes.....avec en supplément des jeux pour enfants et adultes....Les propriétaires sont très ouverts et sympathiques et à votre disposition pour tout problème rencontré. Je recommande fortement cet appartement ....et la région est superbement belle et viviante ...Voià
