At 70 m from the coast, this traditional stone house was completely renovated in 2011. Independent, the 600 m² garden is enclosed and delimited in a space of 3000 sqm, the house is lit by a large veranda that opens to the kitchen (equipped) and the living / dining room with stone walls and huge fireplace. Downstairs a large bedroom and private shower room, wc, laundry room and a play area. Upstairs 3 separate bedrooms south have sea views, a fourth bedroom is hidden at the bottom of the loft which connects all these parts with the bathroom and the bathroom and toilet in a small space a library lounge and TV area. The renovation has tried to preserve the character of this old 'family penty' incorporating all the modern comfort, independence night rooms and the large living room with fireplace offer space for conviviality and tranquility for the night!
Located near the small port of Pors Poulhan, the house is just minutes from the coastal path that leads you through the wild coast to the beach Gwendrez this sandy cove is conducive to surfing or swimming, it is lifeguards in summer.
The archaeological site of Menez Dregan includes the house, the window of the loft 'offers a view of' the covered walkway "(Menhir and Dolmen) and on the beaches of the bottom of the Bay of Audierne.
The port of Audierne is 10 minutes (by car), very lively all year round, the Saturday market stalls showing producers and local fishermen (vegetables and crustaceans).
The Pointe du Raz 25 km offers a view of the lighthouse 'Old and Ile de Sein (one day trip: boat trip and tour of the island, return by doubling the Point of Raz by sea rarely leaves indifferent travelers).
The Cap Sizun awaits, sun, sea or sky a little covered in the colors and the special light that can appreciate the 'dreamers'.

Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und waren immer um unser Wohl besorgt. Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen und ausgestattet für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das umzäunte Grundstück ist ideal für Kinder und Hunde!
