About this apartment rental
Apartment ideally located in the center of Aix-les-Bains, in front of the Casino Grand Cercle.
The studio of 28m2, located on the 2nd floor with elevator is very bright, it has a double exposure with 2 balconies (south and west) and a breathtaking view of the Dent du Chat and the Revard.
The studio consists of a main room with American kitchen and a bathroom / separate WC.
The main room includes: 1 bed 140, a large mirror cabinet for your belongings, a sitting area with 1 BZ 140, a coffee table, a dining area with a table and 4 chairs, a table and chairs on one of the balconies, a flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge (with freezer), a microwave, hotplates, an oven, a washing machine, an electric coffee machine, a Senseo coffee machine, a toaster, a mixer , an iron and ironing board, all cooking utensils and crockery in sufficient quantity.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with glass wall, a toilet, a vanity unit, a mirror, a hairdryer, a laundry basket and a drying rack .
* On request you can have a secure parking space if you wish, at a price of 5 € / day, 20 € / week and 60 € / 3 weeks.
You will have of course the guest card that allows you (among other things) to benefit from all public transport, although the apartment is close to all amenities: shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies , cinemas, casino, theater of greenery as well as the station ...
If you wish you can have for 30 euros all linen and towels.
Great availability for all tips for a successful stay in Aix-les-Bains.

Distances from the Residence des Fleurs:
- to Thermes Chevalley: 12 minutes on foot (900 m) or 5 minutes walk from the shuttle bus (bus n ° 3) located at the Tourist Office.
-Up to the train station: 5 minutes walk (500 m)
-at the Cinema Victoria: 5 minutes walk (500m).
A deposit check of 350,00 € will be requested upon your arrival and will be returned to you one week after your departure.

I had a week to spend in the area, and this was the perfect pied a terre for me to explore around the region. I was able to go on little adventures (by car) around the lake in the morning hiking and exploring the other towns and sights, and the wifi was sufficient to work remotely in the US in the afternoon/evening (just a few zoom call freezes).
The apartment is very well equipped, water pressure was great, and the view from the TWO balconies just lovely. Carla is very approachable and readily available to a sweet questions. As a solo woman traveler, the neighborhood/building/apartment felt very secure.
I think it would be fine for two people.

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre d'Aix les Bains, bien équipé, accueil très sympathique, possibilité de parking privé ce qui est très pratique, nous reviendrons.

Dans le cadre de notre première cure thermale, nous avons été enchanté par ce studio hyper bien agencé, et très bien situé dans le centre ville d'Aix les bains ! De surcroit compte tenu du temps que nous avons eu nous avons pu profiter des deux balcons ... Nous y retournerons certainement dans les mêmes conditions et ne manquerons pas de recommander cette location à nos proches

Dans le cadre de notre première cure thermale Mon mari et moi même avons été très satisfaits de cette location !
Tant au niveau de son emplacement, que de sa disposition, propreté et ensoleillement, car il faut bien le dire nous avons eu beaucoup de chance et avons pu profiter pleinement des deux expositions ...
Nous espérons revenir dans les mêmes conditions l'an prochain et bien entendu ne manquerions pas de recommander cette adresse à nos proches le cas échéant ...
