Independent apartment, renovated, two steps from the Republic Square. Close to the tram station "Flag" or "Republic". Easy parking on the street and free. Recently renovated, possessing an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and new bedding. The new sofa is convertible to offer two additional sleeping great. The accommodation is non-smoking, smokers will still go down in the garden to smoke. Restaurants, supermarket nearby .We provide towels and sheets. There are laundry facilities in the mall located 5 min from the apartment .We will certainly tell you some Dijon places, according to your desires. The apartment is ideally located in a very quiet area with few vehicles passing in the street, because in the background. And is just 5 minutes walk from the city center to find restaurants, museums, various shops. We had a nice time in this 1-bedroom rental for two weeks. The hosts are on site and are very welcoming and helpful. The best thing was the courtyard, which was shaded by a large tree and had a tiny pond with fish! Very charming place to sit and relax any time of day. The rental itself is small but very clean, albeit a bit of a walk from city center (15 minutes). It has air conditioning in the living room, but the bedroom could really use a fan on hot days. All and all, we had a good time there.

The owners and their son Corentin were most welcoming and informative. We met the first afternoon and they spent time with recommendations and directions. They remained available throughout the stay to answer specific questions.The accommodation was in a great location within walking, tram, or bus to everywhere. 5 days were not even enough time! The kitchen was perfectly appointed.100% recommend this location

Kurz vor Anreise erhielten wir vom Vermieter die Nachricht, dass wir das gebuchte Quartier nicht beziehen können und in eine andere Wohnung müssen. Da wir bereits alles bezahlt hatten und der Zeitraum bis zur Anreise sehr kurz war, ließen wir uns darauf ein.
Die Ferienwohnung befand sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Nach längerer Suche wurde das Quartier durch Zufall gefunden, da es keine exakte Beschreibung, Beschilderung oder Fotos gab.
Das Haus liegt direkt an einer auch nachts stark befahrenen Straße, was einen normalen Schlaf unmöglich macht.
Andere Wohnungen im Haus werden durch wechselnde Mieter frequentiert. Die Haustür war Tag und Nacht offen und konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. Die Wohnungstür ist nur durch ein einfaches Zylinderschloss ohne weitere Sicherungseinrichtungen verschlossen, und somit leicht durch Unbefugte zu öffnen. Deshalb mussten wir beim Verlassen der Wohnung alle Wertgegenstände einschließlich Laptop mitnehmen.
Ein No-Go und eine Zumutung in der heutigen Zeit!
Die schriftliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr schleppend. Einen persönlichen Kontakt gab es nicht, außer mit dessen Ehefrau, die wir beim Reinigen des Quartiers angetroffen hatten.
