About this cottage rental
Of Ground floor renovated in 2013 with large terrace of 55m2 and private garden bloomed completely turned to the sea and exceptional views. Two bedrooms and a main room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, with toilet; plus another separate toilet with sink; decorated in tones of beige, taupe and blue, the three rooms giving on the terrace full south with superb sight sea. Garden furniture, armchairs and coffee table, large table for lunch under the lemon trees. Grand Pre 1000m2 accessible to children nearby. Parking space for 1 vehicle. Nearby rental "pool color" on the same website for 5 to 10 people

It was a very nice holiday. We enjoyed the flat. It has a wonderful view on to the sea. It is very clean and Pierre is extremely friendly. We would choose this flat again!

There is a bus that goes past the door, but we loved the walk up the switchbacks to the property. When we arrived, we found Pierre to be most helpful. Sitting outside in the evening, drinking cool wine and reading "Chanel's Riviera". What are you waiting for?

Our family of four with two teenagers visited Cote d'Azur for the first time. The apartment turned out to be a very good location to explore the eastern part of Cote d'Azur, as Monaco, Nice and Eze are easy to reach by car or bus. Before and after trips, the terrace with sea view is perfect for relaxation. The apartment itself is equipped with everything needed. Last not least, the host Monsieur Pierre was very helpful with tips for trips or the excellent bakery in Cap d'Ail and we likes the chats with him. Overall, we enjoyed a lot our stay in Monsieur Pierre's apartment.
