A check (or cash) of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival or it will be included in your electronic reservation
It will be returned to you on the day of your departure

Wij zijn hier 2 nachten geweest om Fecamp te ontdekken. Smaakvol ingericht, lekkere bedden en fijne binnenplaats. Goede ontvangst en dicht bij de haven. De foto’s doen het appartement geen eer aan, in werkelijkheid is het appartement echt een plaatje! De jacuzzi is heerlijk. Parkeren in de straat ging prima. Wij hebben een prima tijd gehad.

Luxe appartement voor twee personen. Schoon. Goede locatie. Parkeerplaats voor de deur. Vriendelijke ontvangst door Martine, met uitleg over Fécamp en omgeving (desgewenst in Engels).

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Komfortabel und schönes Design, wie in der Anzeige geschrieben, stimmt völlig. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels hat problemlos geklappt, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus an der Straße abgestellt werde. Wir hatten nur an einem Tag Parkplatzprobleme, haben aber in einer anderen Straße gut parken können. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel. Küche und Essplatz haben keine Fenster und deshalb muss immer das Licht brennen. Der Innenhof ist klein und muss mit anderen Urlaubern geteilt werden (!)- D.h. in unmittelbarer Nähe steht ein weiterer Tisch, der nicht durch einen Sichtschutz o.ä. abgetrennt ist. Bei der Enge des Innenhofs ist das unangenehm und dieser dadurch wenig bis nicht nutzbar, da kein Privatbereich vorhanden ist. Zudem schließt oberhalb des Innenhofs die Terasse der Vermieter an und das war teilweise sehr laut und nimmt viel Gemütlichkeit, da man das Gefühl "wie auf dem Präsentierteller" erhält. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus und das sollte bei einer Vermietungsanzeige m.E. deutlich benannt werden. Ich habe zwei Sterne abgezogen. Einen für die recht dunkle Wohnung und den anderen für den kaum nutzbaren Innenhof, der aber für eine Wohnung in Innenstadtlage wichtig ist.
