About this apartment rental
Apartment located in the district of Preyerand. Supermarket and ski equipment rental shop in the residence. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 living room with open kitchen. The apartment has been completely renovated and is equipped with a home theater with Blu-Ray media player, a dry 10 pairs shoes, 4 plates inductions, pyrolysis oven, microwave, dishwasher ....
NEW: all the windows have been changed and equipped with shutters and we arranged with the owners of the store so that there are more deliveries early in the morning: no problem of noise pollution.

A good apartment for a family group. Easy access to slopes and Croisette centre via Preyerand lift. Handy Sherpa supermarket and Intersport for ski rentals. Well equipped kitchen and good dining area. Lounge area a bit small with limited seating for 6 of us, but otherwise a very acomfortable holiday stay. Friendly owners communicated well.

This is a well equipped and comfortable apartment in a perfect location. You can ski in and ski out but also perfect for non skiers with pedestrian lift just outside. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for self catering. All has been thought of. It's very handy to have Intersport and a supermarket just downstairs. The owners also made the process simple and were very welcoming. We were a group of 6 and it was very comfortable. I would recommend.

Large apartment but could have been cleaner than it was. The owner announced the day before we arrived that we would be expected to pay a cleaning charge unless we cleaned the apartment for the next guests on our departure. It was obvious that this was the only cleaning that occurred between visitors. The whole apartment was in need of a deep clean. Guests have to take their own bedding so it was very obvious to see that the mattress protectors, pillows and duvets were quite grubby, particularly in the room with the bunk beds which we fortunately didn’t have to use. The utensils in the kitchen also had to be washed before use and the dishwasher was very smelly. The building itself was practical but ugly. The soundproofing is generally poor, noise from outside and inside the building was very disruptive, particularly early in the morning. Overall it was acceptable for our short stay but I wouldn’t go back there due to the lack of attention to detail and cleanliness.
