About this house rental
"Les Alysés" typical house of briquette fisherman, is located in the heart of ETRETAT in a quiet private dead end and about 150 m. beach, cliffs, shops, restaurants, casino, golf, Clos Lupine, gardens Etretat.
This house has been completely renovated. It has everything to seduce you with its cozy comfort and its neat decoration.
The ideal place to relax and travel the Normandy coast. The splendor of the landscapes immortalized by the famous impressionist painters including Monet, Courbet or Corot will not leave you indifferent. You can visit the contemporary André Malraux museum in Le Havre and the Benedictine palace in Fécamp.

Outside: small wooden terrace with garden furniture
Ground floor: fitted kitchen fully equipped (plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances).
Dining room / lounge (with sofa bed for 2 persons) with TV, wifi, laundry (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board ...), WC
1st floor: master bedroom (double bed 140) with a double wardrobe, bathroom with washbasin and Italian shower (hairdryer)
2nd floor: bedroom (2 beds of 90) with desk, TV, bathroom with sink and shower (hairdryer) WC
At your disposal: complete baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing table, pot / adapter, bathtub
high season rate: 640 € / week (summer, Easter and Christmas / end of year school holidays) and week with bridge
standard rates: 520 € / week (other weeks including February holidays, Toussaints)
Week end on request
tourist taxes 1,25 € / per day / per person from 18 years (collected by the owners and donated to the Community of Agglomeration of CRIQUETAU LESNEVAL)
Holiday vouchers ANCV not accepted.
Our dog friends cats or others can not reside in this house

Für junge Leute okay, aber für etwas ältere Semester durch die steilen Treppen doch ein wenig beschwerlich. Sauberkeit geht so. Aber Umgebung top und die Ausgangslage für Ausflüge super.
