About this apartment rental
EMILIE cottage, 4 people + 1 extra bed, 72 m², 2 bedrooms 2-star furnished apartment located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the house, with open garden access - Pets allowed on request (maximum 2).
Minimum stay 7 days. Departure and arrival on Saturday.
In a peaceful location, in the heart of the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park, Fabienne and Andrew welcome you to an old farm, located on the Grandvaux plateau, in Saint-Pierre: for mountain holidays as you like with family or with friends!
From the house, the view over the great outdoors of Grandvaux invites you to hike, ski, snowshoe, bike ... depending on the season and according to your desires! Without forgetting the Abbey lake, less than 2 km away, which will seduce you in summer and winter: swimming or skating.
GITE ÉMILIE - 1st and 2nd floor in a terraced house.
2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, WC. Garden area with lounge and barbecue (access to the rear of the house), Carport possible in winter. Baby equipment.

1st floor :
- living room with wood stove, TV, DVD player. Wood provided according to stock (otherwise possibility to buy some in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux)
- "Heart" bedroom: 1 double bed 140 x 190 (220x240 duvet and 65x65 pillows provided)
2nd floor:
- bathroom (shower and sink)
- separate WC
- kitchen: gas stove (4 burners + oven), fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, raclette set, fondue set
- "Flocon" room: 2 single beds. 90 x 200 with 200x200 duvet and pillows 50x70 + 1 extra bed 80 x 190 with 140x190 duvet and pillow (for children or small people).
Outside: garden area with garden furniture and barbecue
Baby equipment available in the cottage: travel cot, high chair, bathtub
NOT INCLUDING :
- Electric heating (on meter reading). In winter, average consumption is +/- 35 euros. It can vary from 25 to 50 euros depending on the outside temperature and your heating habits.

- end of stay cleaning (see option below)
- tourist tax to be paid according to the current rate
- animals: 35 € / animal / stay
BAIL :
A deposit check of 150 euros is required upon arrival.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par des propriétaires charmants et attentionnés. Le Logement est agréable et bénéficie d une vue superbe sur un environnement préservé. Calme absolu pour tous les amoureux de la nature. Randonnées au pied de la maison et nombreux sites à découvrir à proximité.
Nous sommes enchantés de cette semaine et nous reviendrons !

Ideal für ruhige, entspannte Tage in einer liebevoll gestalteten Ferienwohnung. Die Umgebung bietet viele Wandermöglichkeiten mit einigen Highlights. Sehr netter, unaufdringlicher Kontakt mit den Vermietern.
