About this apartment rental
East-West crossing apartment with sea view, sea view & dunes in Malo les Bains. Quiet. Wifi Internet. Arrivals between 16 and 17h. Departures between 10 and 11h. The parquet flooring is incompatible with bicycles, strollers, scooters, etc. We recommend you to book a Boxing in the basement with a supplement of 3 € / night. Towels possible 10 € / stay. Of course we count on the courtesy for the respect of the furniture and objects constituting the housing. So the sand must be removed as much as possible.
Arrivals on Sundays are not possible.
2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 160) ideal for a couple with children, or two couples. Umbrella bed possible for children under one year old.
Private outdoor parking.
In addition the cleaning end of stay of 100 €, Electricity and gas by j.
Spacious accommodation with an open plan kitchen and upscale amenities
Balneo, Hammam enough to relax after a getaway in sand yachting, sailing, longecôte, paddle, new jetski.

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen sorglosen Aufenthalt benötigt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche können gegen eine geringe Gebühr geliehen werden. Es wurden sogar Waschmittel, Spülmittel und Geschirrtabs zur Verfügung gestellt, was ich in diesem Umfang noch nicht oft gesehen habe. Für die ganz Kleinen gibt es Babybett und Hochstuhl vor Ort. Ein Parkplatz (abgeschlossen) wurde ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.OG des 10-stöckigen Hauses, untendrunter befindet sich nur der Eingangsbereich und ein Durchgang, so dass man auch bei kleineren Kindern nicht die Befürchtung haben muss, dass bei den Nachbarn untendrunter die Wände wackeln.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für uns (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder im Altern von 7, 5 und 3) war die Wohnung ausreichend groß, mit mehr (erwachsenen) Personen (oder größeren Kindern - unser Jüngster schlief im Babybett) würde ich die Wohnung allerdings nicht wählen, da sonst die Couch im Wohnzimmer zur Schlafcouch umfunktioniert werden müsste. Das ist aber nur mein persönliches Empfinden.
Ansonsten befinden sich Supermarkt und Bäcker in 350m Entfernung, der Strand ist einmal über die einspurige Straße drüber. Im Sommer fährt ein kostenloser Busshuttle durch Malo und am Strand entlang. Kleiner Tipp: Sonntags sind im Sommer viele Eintritte in Malo/Dunkerque umsonst (Galerien, Museen, Aquarium, etc) und es gibt den ganzen Sommer über ein tolles Entertainmentprogramm am Strand für die, die der französischen Sprache mächtig sind.
Einziges, winziges Manko, es gibt kein W-Lan in der Wohnung, aber in Zeiten von kostenlosem Roaming wurde einzig das Datenpaket, nicht aber das Portemonnaie belastet. :)

Lors de notre séjour, nous avons pu apprécier la proximité de la plage, c'est un bon point ainsi que le box (en option), car les places du parking extérieur étaient très demandées. La personne qui nous a reçue nous a très bien accueillie et avait pris son temps pour nous informer de tous les points relatifs sur le logement, et également pour les formalités de départ. Nous la remercions chaleureusement. L'appartement était spacieux, très bien équipé, et décoré avec goût. Nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour.
