Friendly staff, very close to Airport & 10 mins walk to underground train. Clean & well sound proof room. Warm
No place to move for 3 people. Furnitures too close. Sofa bed not sturdy. Breakfast menu the same all days.

It's comfortable as a standard hotel. Breakfast being included really helps.
Charged double so had to wait for refund. Apparently due to a new person on reception. TV didn't work so they clearly don't check any of them, even after I advised them. Location, regardless of them saying easy to walk to, is not easy as walking across two bust dual carriageways. Not a scap.of signage so I had to resort to getting a taxi.
