steep narrow stairs which were a bit of an issue for me even though I'm only 62

As advertised: a beautiful spacious apartment in the heart of Ieper! Welcome drinks in the fridge (thank you, Dominique!). Truly a home away from home.. And how convenient, a garage around the corner. Bakery across the street, museum literally a few steps away, as is the Menin Gate.
We celebrated a magical christmas in Ieper! 🎄
Note that the stairs to reach the apt can be a bit challenging, but the 80yr olds in my party managed no problem! Also note, that being in the heart of the town, 'noise' from the louder bar crawlers in the weekend might creep up all the way to the 2nd floor where the bedrooms reside. Having said this; it did not bother us. At best, it added to the atmosphere being in the center! 😃

The property was beautifully clean and well equipped. It was spacious, warm and inviting.
Location was beyond perfect. 10 minutes from the train station in the centre of Ypres.
Hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful.
