Outside the resort La Cadière d'Azur, in an elevated position on a slope, 7 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 4'000 m2, swimming pool fenced (4 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). In the house: burglar alarm system. 20 m long steep motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, bus stop "chemin des Baumes" 2.9 km, railway station "Saint Cyr les Lecques-La Cadière" 4.4 km, sandy beach "Plage des Lecques" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand. Hiking paths: Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire, Calanques Port-Cros, Porquerolles, Ile verte, Embiez, Figuerolles, Cassis. Please note: car recommended. Access to the pool is via 8 steps. Access to housing is via 12 steps.

La maison est vraiment bien située, avec une belle vue sur la baie de saint Cyr sur mer / la Ciotat. La pièce à vivre est vraiment grande et la piscine super agréable. Les propriétaires sont vraiment des personnes sympathiques. Un seul bémol, le chemin d’accès vraiment raide sur une vingtaine de mètres, ça impressionne vraiment lors des premières descentes.

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Haus (vor allem der Ausblick auf die Bucht La Ciotat/Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer) und die Umgebung sind eindeutig schöner als die Fotos dies wiedergeben. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Die Umgebung, wie gewünscht, ruhig. Der Strand und die Restaurants in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer empfehlenswert. Auch wenn die sogenannte Zufahrt eine echte Herausforderung für uns bzw. das Auto war, würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank und beste Grüße an die netten Vermieter!

Vue extraordinaire de la maison. Piscine au top, bien située. Propriétaires sympas. Manque le wifi pour plus de facilité. Chemin assez difficile pour arriver à la maison.
