In a quiet and peaceful location, 100 meters from the beach which is dominated by the Fort de la Hougue, classified as World Heritage by UNESCO, the house is 2 km from the center of Quettehou. An ideal holiday for those who love the quiet and natural areas.
Covering an area of 85 m², it can accommodate 6 people. She understands:
- 3 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed, the second with one double bed and one with 2 single beds
- 2 bathrooms, one with shower one another with one bath, two toilets are separated
- 1 equipped kitchen (cutlery, crockery, fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher)
- 1 terrace with 1 garden, 1 barbecue and outdoor games for children.
- 1 internet access, TV with satellite ASTRA 1 and another TV upstairs with DVD
Note that the appliance is provided (washing machine, dryer). There is also a wood stove, a pantry and a yard to park easily and safely.
Recreational, cultural and sports are nearby (botanical garden cinemas marina, museums, restaurants, zoo, casinos, fishing, water sports, horseback riding, tennis, sailing, diving, surfing, hiking).

The property is very nice. Great garden space. It is in a quiet region but you easely to drive to the beaches of D day and the museums. In the next villgae a big supermarket to do all the groceries.
Walking to the village to the beach and great vieuws.
Bedrooms are not very big, but enough for a family.

Insgesamt stimmte alles....das Haus sehr sauber und schön, mit allem was man braucht!
Tolle Lage direkt am Strand, sehr ruhig und doch ist man schnell im kleinen Städtchen.
Leider wurde unser Hund krank, aber danke an die liebe Pascale, die als Vermieterin uns auch in dieser Situation helfen konnte.
Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!

Wir haben uns in dem schönen Haus und dem tollen uneinsehbaren Garten sehr wohl gefühlt!
Die Wohnung war tiptop sauber, die Betten bequem, es fehlte auch in der Küche an nichts.
Die Vermieterin wartete bei der Ankunft auf uns und hat uns alles erklärt und gezeigt und mit einem kleinen Geschenk willkommen geheißen.
Ganz toll ist der Garten, wo man morgens mit Sonne frühstücken und abends mit Sonne das letzte Gläschen Wein trinken kann. Und dabei schaut einem niemand zu!
Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas klein und durch die Dachschrägen zusätzlich beengend, aber man ist ja nur zum Schlafen dort.
Das gesamte Haus hat an allen Fenstern, sogar an der Haustüre, Rollläden.
Hunde sind willkommen und fühlen sich ebenfalls pudelwohl.
Wir können das Ferienhaus sehr gerne für einen entspannten, ruhigen Urlaub weiterempfehlen.
