Tidy, clean enough, steps to the beach but facing town.
Some issues: we left the place cleaner than we found it. We paid an additional 30 euros for sheets and towels. Communication with the property manager was a bit spotty. We were told checkout was 1100h. In an effort to have time enough to clean properly (dust vacuum, scrub out the greasy sink that was there when we arrived, squeegee the shower, wipe down all the chrome, vacuum, etc) we arose at 0700, ate breakfast, and got to it.
We had just finished at 1000, bags at the door, when the doorbell rang. Mr. Bourgeault's next guests had arrived as per the time they were told they could take possession. It would have been nice to have had an hour to relax, or the courtesy of a move-out inspection to ensure our host was satisfied with the condition of the suite, but we were asked to vacate early. Out of courtesy to the next gursts, we left immediately. How our host would be able to determine if we'd cleaned at all remains a mystery. For all we know, the next people could have raised goats in there and no one would know it wasn't us.
All things considered, worth the money, but take note that clear communication of terms would be important to guarantee complete satisfaction.
