Très belle résidence et bel appartement propre, lumineux et soigné. Place de parking à l'intérieur appréciable vu que tout est payant à l'extérieur. Un petit bémol pour la chambre sans fenêtre mais comme nous n'étions que deux cela n'était pas un problème...et l'absence de lave-linge...Rue trop passante le week-end. Sinon séjour enchanteur avec une semaine de soleil sur cette splendide baie!
Par contre très déçus du fait qu'Abritel nous prélève des frais de dossier alors qu'il ne s'occupe absolument pas de la réservation. C'est la Sergic qui s'en charge et qui aurait été plus souple en matière du nombre de jours loués, Abritel ne louant qu'à la semaine.

appartement conforme à l'annonce. Confortable, belle terrasse et vue formidable. Prévoir quelques menus travaux : changer caoutchouc porte congélateur, robinetterie baignoire.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer kleinen, sehr ruhigen Anlage, nur von einem Spielplatz von der Bucht getrennt. Außer uns waren nur noch sehr wenige andere Wohnungen bewohnt. Die ganze Gegend ist trotz Hauptsaison überhaupt nicht überlaufen. Vor allem deutsche Urlauber sind praktisch kaum anzutreffen.
Die Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine, Backofen und Mikrowelle ist gut, vor allem ist erstaunlich viel Geschirr sowie Gläser vorhanden. Leider gibt es nur eine Badewanne, keine Dusche. Das Kinderzimmer hat kein Fenster (ist in der Beschreibung der französischen Agentur erwähnt), das war aber durch das angenehme Seeklima und die vorhandene Belüftung nicht weiter schlimm. Bei Wind und Flut ist die ganze Bucht von Windsurfern und Kitesurfern bevölkert.
Leider sind die Lebensmittelgeschäfte, die Innenstadt und die Bäckereien ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Schade ist außerdem, dass man zweimal Gebühren bezahlen muss. Einmal an Fewo-direkt und noch einmal an die Agentur vor Ort. Das verteuert die eigentlich recht günstige Wohnung ziemlich. Zumal darin noch nicht einmal die Endreinigung enthalten ist.
Aber alles in allem eine Reise wert!!!
