Brick house located in a quiet area of Le Crotoy.
It is close to shops, the port, cycle paths, the Baie de Somme railway, a public garden and about 10 minutes' walk from the beach.
She is composed:
- a dining / living room with television, DVD player
- a kitchen equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle
- two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, one bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe
- a bathroom with shower and sink
- an independent toilet
- a washing machine
All on the ground floor.
You can enjoy an enclosed courtyard, perfect for your animals and small children, which includes a garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue and 2 deckchairs.
Rue du Marquenterre is a paying street, at 1 € per hour but we can offer you, if you wish, a flat rate of 5 euros per day, valid throughout the town.
Note that there are also nearby non-paying streets.

Très bon séjour dans cette petite maison , petit bémol les escaliers pour aller dans le jardin, très compliqué avec 1 enfant de 1 an .

Le logement est idéalement situé. Il est très proche du port et du centre ville du Crotoy. La rue est très calme, il n'y pas de circulation, juste les résidents.
La maison est spacieuse et bien qu'ancienne elle est très bien équipée, nous aurons plaisir à y séjourner de nouveau.
Nous avons fait de superbes ballades en vélo, beaucoup de pistes cyclables.

Le nettoyage à part le sol est à revoir ,
Un pt coup de moderne serait le bienvenue .
Car fauteuil hyper inconfortable .bcp d ouverture en dessous des Chassis trop vétustes . Un point positif est que les chiens sont accepter et pt cour intérieur , plaque de cuisson va bien
