Very bright, sunny and quiet, overlooking a huge south facing terrace with electric awning and barbecue, enjoying a panoramic view day or night, from where you can admire the lights of the Croisette and the pyrotechnic festival without any opposite.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa, the private terrace is exclusively attached to the apartment.
The upper floor, has a completely independent entrance, only the electric gate with digital code is common.

Sehr gepflegtes Appartement mit kompletter und sinnvoller Ausstattung im Wohn-,Schlaf- und Küchenbereich, Sauberkeit vom Feinsten, herrliche Terrasse umrahmt von Zitrus- und Orangenbäumchen, Morgensonne auf dem Frühstückstisch, Abendsonne zum Tagesabschluss. Angenehm : Dusche und WC getrennt, überdachter Parkplatz für Pkw.
Kommunikation mit den Hauseigentümern überaus angenehm, vom herzlichen Empfang bis zur Betreuung bei persönlichen Wünschen, einfach top! Appartement insgesamt eine Top-Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Ezio and Michele's apartment. It had a large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay of Cannes and the islands. We appreciated the quietness of the location, far away from the crowded sea shore. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with all conveniences supplied. Ezio and Michele were very warm and welcoming. You do need a car to benefit from the location as it is not near public transport. Ideal for couples looking for peace and relaxation.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous avons été trés bien accueillis par les propriétaires. Trés belle vue mer. Vue identique à celle des photos ainsi que le descritif. Location à conseiller.
