NEW come and enjoy this gîte all year round (from 1 to 4 people),
completely renovated (end of works April 2017), located in PLANCOET
(22130) in BRETAGNE, with shops nearby.

-A living room with a convertible extra sofa (2 places), an equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer),
-A bathroom (shower 80 * 120, washing machine, w-c ...)
-A bedroom with a double bed (140 * 190) and a dressing room
-A small bedroom with a single bed (80 * 190), a second single extra bed and also a dressing room
Exterior:
Garden (not yet fenced) with garden furniture and barbecue,
Private parking space in the courtyard for the car
12 km from the beaches of SAINT JACUT DE LA MER, 15 km from the beaches of SAINT CAST, ect
Close to tourist sites: Medieval City of DINAN (18km). intramural to ST-MALO (28km), DINARD (21km), CAP FREHEL (27 km), MONT SAINT MICHEL (69 km), FORT LA LATTE (25km)
Hiking and mountain biking circuits, not to mention all the heritage of the past which is worth visiting (castles, megaliths, etc.). Sports activities: kayaking, tennis (Plancoët), fishing, sailing, golf, horse riding (10 mins).

Everything was great. Nothing was missing. In terms of transportation, the location is wonderful. For our day trips we got everywhere quickly from here. We would love to come back again.

En premier lieu félicitations pour ce gîte très bien conçu et joliment décoré. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour au calme bien que situé en agglomération. La place de parking est un plus.
Ce gîte a une position centrale permettant de nombreuses visites sans passer des heures en voiture.
Notre hôte très sympathique .
Il nous tarde de revenir en Bretagne et nous conservons précieusement l'adresse de Plancoët.
