About this villa rental
A few kilometers from the famous beach of Pampelonne, mythical villages of St Tropez, Ramatuelle, Gassin, Gigaro, 1. 6 km from downtown La Croix Valmer and 3 km from the city center of Cavalaire. welcome to the Villa of the Ladybugs. Villa in contemporary architecture, recently built in 2012 (240 m2) on 2 floors combining Mediterranean warmth and peaceful atmosphere. The Villa has 4 large bedrooms (for hosting 8/9 persons depending on configuration) which are equipped with air conditioning or fans, 1 bathroom and 2 indoor bathrooms and outdoor. A superb interior living space of 120 m2 (living room, open kitchen and dining area) overlooking terraces, one covered with 50 m2 and 2 outdoor 250 m2 equipped and furnished. The swimming pool (10 x 4. 5 m depth 100 - 200 cm) with a natural blue sea view is in line with these living spaces.
Arrivals and departures are on Sunday to avoid traffic overload on Saturdays during the summer.
On a hill, flat land of 1200 m2 (fenced), very quiet at the end of a dead end without circulation with maximum sunlight all day (south facing).
Parking spaces either inside or outside the front door of the property. Beautiful landscaped garden.
On the ground floor: living space inside room / American Kitchen / dining area in one piece with TV (satellite), internet and WIFI (ground floor), a master suite with dressing area large bed (180 cm) dressing and private bathroom, separate toilet.
Direct access to outdoor patios with outdoor shower room and separate WC, the entire ground floor is accessible to persons with disabilities.
On the upper floor, 3 beautiful large bedrooms (2 double beds 180 cm, 1 double bed 160 cm and 1 bed 90 cm), 2 bathrooms, shower room with WC and terrace sea and islands.
The tenant may be offered additional cleaning / cleaning during his stay (it is included in the rental rate of 3H °° / Week in July and August and 2H °° / Week in other periods), on request either beforehand or during the stay with additional hourly billing.

Fabulous villa. Everything you need is provided for and the villa is very comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The pool was perfect with magnificent views. Very friendly owners, always available to help if needed. Highly recommend a stay here.
