About this apartment rental
Paris 19th: 2 rooms of about 40 m², very clean, on the 5th floor with elevator, can accommodate 4/5 people,
The very bright apartment, has a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and plenty of storage overlooking a living room with sofa bed 2 comfortable.
A crib can be put at your disposal.
The young and trendy neighborhood is very nice and lively.
Market, shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas, theaters, concert hall, large parks, ballades, swimming pool, ice rink, tennis, football ... are nearby.
Equipment:
Fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle, complete crockery, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, stereo, ...
Linen (bed linen and towels) is provided.
Location: 2 steps from the City of Science and Music, the Villette, Zenith and Philharmonie and Park Buttes Chaumont.
Access is easy by car, possibility of parking in the building (extra charge), Autolib and Velib at the foot of the building.
Transport: 5 minutes from metro Station "Porte de Pantin" (line 5) and bus (No. 75, Tram 3b).

This property was exactly what we needed. The convenient location and proximity to the metro station was wonderful. The surrounding area had wonderful restaurants at great prices. Grocery stores and convenience stores were within walking distance. Nicole is a wonderful host and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. well.

Sauberkeit: Oke, wenn man nicht genauer hinschaut.
Check in: (Wir hatten keinen direkten Kontakt mit Vermieterin). Es wurde gänzlich Französisch vorausgesetzt. Die Übergabe war etwas zackig, weshalb dann leider das eine oder andere unterging (z.B. Ort der Müllentsorgung; Tipp: wenigstens das Allernötigste auf einem Blatt, vorteilhafterweise zweisprachig, notieren).
Genauigkeit Inserat: Der separate Schlafraum hat keine Tür. Ausstattung bis auf Kochgeschirr- und Kochbesteck okay. Was wird unter "trendiger" Nachbarschaft konkret verstanden? Keine Leih-Velo-Abstellmöglichkeit trotz Tiefgarage und abgezäuntem Nachbarhof, wo jeweils halt die Autos sicher abgestellt werden können. Die Elektrik (v.a. nicht vollständig abgeschirmte Steckdose direkt hinter Herdplatte!, ist leider "unterirdisch" (pardon, ich bin im Grunde hart gesotten, aber ...).
Lage und Umgebung: Lage leider an der in der Umgebung am stärksten befahrenen Straße; Umgebung aber sehr interessant und nutzungsdurchmischt. Bonus: Nähe zu Parc de la Vilette mit neuer Philharmonie = sehr empfehlenswert!
Gesamt: Die Wohnung wäre sehr oke, wenn man nur wenige Dinge wieder in Schuss bringen resp. durch neue ersetzen würde (z.B. raushängendes Steckergehäuse im Schlafraum richten oder Küchen"arbeits"messer, die man benutzen kann; Tipp: wenigstens ein größerer Topf mit planer Bodenplatte u. eine Bialetti-Espresso-Kanne für Nicht-Filter-Kaffee-Liebhaberinnen wäre formidable!); meines Erachtens nicht wirklich großer Aufwand, um ein oder zwei Sterne mehr rauszuholen. Ich weiß, man fährt nicht nach Paris zum Kochen, aber abends bei schlechtem Wetter, noch dazu mit Kind, ...
