About this apartment rental
Bright duplex of 60 m², composed of 3 beautiful bedrooms with balconies, and a sleeping area. Ideally located, it can comfortably accommodate 8 people for a pleasant holiday with family or friends.
You will benefit from an exceptional situation:
- arrival and departure on skis via the Lutins piste
- breathtaking view of the village and the surrounding mountains
- 200m walk from the center of Valloire, the cable car (Crêt de la Brive), the ESF departure point and the mini-market.
- heated indoor swimming pool in the condominium (free access to the occupants of the co-ownership). The swimming pool area includes a sauna.

- Spacious living room (with sitting area, dining area and kitchen area), 2 sofas and French window opening onto a large balcony
- 1 bedroom for 2 people with window and closet (2 single beds that can be put together)

- from October 2017: 1 sleeping area for two people (140cm or 2x70cm bed). Located in a sub-slope, the sleeping area is sheltered from noise and passage. It is particularly suitable for the sleep of young people and children.

- Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, traditional oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso and classic coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pierrade / raclette oven, TV (TNT)

- Thanks to more than 400 snowmakers, the Valloire-Valmeinier ski area offers optimal snowmaking from December to April. Artificial snow covers pistes of all levels, from the beginners stadium to the World Cup piste,
