A truly incredible 3 weeks . Guillaume and his family were tres sympathiiques. The property is awesome and with my car rental, I had easy access to both the coast and inland Brittany. Highly recommended

In juni hebben we voor de tweede keer het huis in le Pont Neuf gehuurd. Het contact met de familie Scolan is hartelijk en prettig. Het huis is charmant, netjes en heel mooi gelegen aan de rivier de Léguer. In het gebied kun je goed wandelen, fietsen en genieten van de mooie natuur en de historie van Bretagne.

The cottage was just as described with four comfortable bedrooms and a generous living area and kitchen. We did a bit of cooking at the cottage and the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. There are two supermarkets (Intermarche) nearby in Begard and just south of Lannion which are good to drop in to on the way back from the coast.We recommend the market in Lannion on Thursday mornings and a trip to the Iles of Brehat is a must. We also enjoyed local walks along the river and a bit of fishing. The French fish showed impeccable taste and ignored us!We loved our tour of the mill. Life for the three brothers must have been incredibly hard and it is wonderful that the same family still owns the mill and are giving it love and maintaining memories. We recommend the cottage to all and thank the family for being so welcoming and sharing their history.
