About this apartment rental
Duplex apartment with stunning views of the sea and the Gulf of St Tropez. In the heart of a domain, of 25 hectares raised. (village spirit) Ideal for a relaxing or active holiday, many activities for young and old (wave pool, heated swimming pool from April to November) Tennis, ping-pong, football, basketball, children's area, nightlife, hiking trails , Japanese lake, spa-massage, etc.) the apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2wc, living room with fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, vitro, fridge, freezer, dishes and accessories) Wëber electric barbecue, reversible air conditioning, completely renovated in March 2018.
2 terraces including a solarium, garden furniture. September beds available but in order to ensure maximum comfort and space, we do not rent more than 5 people. Underground parking
Rates include post-stay cleaning, however, the dishes and all appliances must be washed and stored and the barbecue cleaned, otherwise part of the deposit may be retained. Bed linen and towels available at extra charge, 14euros for 1 double bed, 8euros for a single bed, 3euros per bath towel and dish towel. The wifi is paying via the Pierre et Vacances connection.
The apartment can be rented for 4 nights minimum outside the high season, c is to say the 1 st October to 15 May

Appartement très fonctionnel et très agréable pour une famille avec 2 jeunes enfants. La résidence est parfaite pour un séjour en famille et bonne emplacement pour sillonner dans la région

Kurz vor der Anreise bekommt man eine Nachricht in 3 Sprachen über den Ablauf, Ankunft und Gegebenheiten vor Ort mit Kontakttelefonnr. das klappt sehr gut!
Die Anlage selbst ist wunderbar am Hang gelegen und fie Whg. sind meistens 2 Stöckig. Diese Whg. liegt in der Nähe der Rezeption und doch abseits vom Trubel. Die Kinderbetten sind schmal und in einem kleinen Zimmer (ca. 4qm). Die Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht (Kaffeemaschine, TabMaschine., Wasserkocher, Mikro, großen Kühlschrank, ....) und draußen steht ein E-Grill! Auf dem 2. Balkon stehen sogar Liegestühle.
Rundum die Whg. ist sehr schön und 14 Tage vergehen wie im Flug.
Einziges Thema, man sollte einmal den Boden nass aufwischen, da man sonst rabenschwarze Füsse hat.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Einrichtung ist gemütlich. Pool und Mini-Supermarkt sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Aussicht auf den Golf von St. Tropez ist wunderbar, die Poolumgebung mit verschiedenen Pools und Wellenbad ist perfekt für Urlaub mit Kindern. Meine 3 Kids und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Einziger Minuspunkt: Auf FeWo direkt wird angegeben, es sei ein WiFi vorhanden, dem ist aber nicht so.
Insgesamt aber ein wundervoller Urlaub, ich würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren und kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
